Get ready for one of the most fun days of the summer at CRC!

💧 What is a Waterslide Slide-A-Thon?
It’s exactly what it sounds like, a slipping, sliding, splashing day for a great cause! Participants raise support from family, friends, and the community, then take on CRC’s 140-foot waterslide -slip & slide. Whether you're sliding or cheering from the sidelines, it’s a fun way to be part of something meaningful. 🎉 Who can participate? Anyone who loves CRC! Campers, families, summer staff, alumni, board members, and friends from the community are all invited to join. Come as an individual or bring a team! It’s a great day to be together at camp. 📅 Get involved Registration is now open! Your $20 registration includes lunch, a spot on the slide, and an event T-shirt if registered by July 24. Registrations received after July 24 are welcome, but T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed. Fundraising is easier than you think. A few simple steps—setting a goal, asking people you know, and sharing your fundraising page—can go a long way. Register as an individual or team and join us for one of the most fun days of the summer at CRC! Fundraising is optional, but prizes begin at $250 raised. Most participants reach their goal by sharing their fundraising page with family and friends. |
Participant Resources
Most participants reach their goal by asking a few family members, friends, coworkers, or church members. These resources can help. Questions? Contact Wendy Kerstetter at [email protected], 717-734-3627
Spectators are welcome! Registered participants will have an opportunity to estimate the number of family and friends attending with them so we can plan for lunch. Last year, thanks to many generous supporters, over $18,000 was raised for CRC! Our 2026 goal is to raise $25,000! |
CRC is grateful for our event sponsors (shown above) and for the coverage that Fox 43 News provided for our slide-a-thon!
