In the mid-1980s, Mountain View was the first building built for the ministry of CRC. This has served as a meeting room for Sunday services, a centralized location for people camping, and the main kitchen for summer camp and TIMS.

Over the years, there has been some deferred maintenance, however, there are many dreams for how Mountain View can be revitalized and used for future ministry opportunities.

• In the Spring of 2021, CRC renovated the campsites.
  
• In October of 2023, Mountain View received a new roof. The labor was generously donated by a Roofing Company from Perry County.
  
• In the Winter of 2024, our goal is to upgrade the bathhouse. This includes concrete coating and sealing the floors, installing new wall panels, and even new toilets.
• Future goals include an interior renovation to create private bedrooms and a common space for small family gathering, volunteers to stay while serving at CRC, or for pastoral retreats.
