Executive Director
Zach joined the CRC staff in February of 2016. He attended CRC as a camper for four summers. During high school and college he spent his summers on staff as a camp counselor and then as an assistant program director. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, roots for the Houston Texans, and has developed a love for Tottenham Hotspurs! He loves a good book and loves listening to podcasts. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a degree in Youth Ministries and Biblical Studies. Zach lives on the grounds with his family.

Elsie Donnelly

Administrative Office Manager
Elsie joined the CRC staff in November of 2020. Previously she served in customer service with Herrs Chips for 30 years. Elsie oversees all office tasks and keeps the staff well organized and informed regarding all guest groups and retreats. She has the gift of hospitality and loves being able to serve our guests over the phone, through email, and in person! Elsie has a heart for missions, having participated in several mission trips around the world and is an active member of her local church. Elsie is married to her husband Bill and resides in Honey Grove.

Mindy Palm
Food Service Director
Mindy joined the CRC staff in May of 2015. She is a food expert extraordinaire! She plans every menu and keeps all guests and staff extremely well fed while working hard to accommodate all food requests. She serves joyfully and creates a fun environment for all who help her in the kitchen! Her free time is spent with her family and participating in church functions. She is married to her husband Jimmy, has four children, and resides in Mifflintown.
p.s. If fluffernutter pie is available during your stay at CRC, make sure you take every last piece!!

Mindy joined the CRC staff in May of 2015. She is a food expert extraordinaire! Trent Paden
Maintenance & Grounds
Trent joined the CRC staff in September of 2020. He spent three summers on CRC's counseling staff. Previously, Trent has done surveying, landscaping and yard care, and construction work. Trent is always on the go, meeting the needs of other staff members and meeting the needs of guest groups. He loves a good a pun and is a Mt. Dew enthusiast. He's been blessed with several opportunities to serve with his church in Haiti (over a dozen times) and is looking forward to future opportunities. In Trent's free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and dirt bikes. Trent is married to Brooke and resides in Port Royal.

Wendy Kerstetter
Development and Events Director
Wendy joined the CRC staff is September of 2022. Wendy is responsible for donor relationships and organizing different events with CRC. Wendy grew up camping at CRC, served as a camp counselor at CRC in the early 2000's, and has been involved in various volunteer roles with the camp. Her time at camp has greatly impacted and shaped who she is as a person today. One of her many goals in life is having other people experience the same impact CRC has brought on her life and her family's life. Wendy has experience in coordinating events with different organizations and has helped with various fundraising efforts for local schools and non-profits. Wendy resides in Thompsontown with her husband Jeremy, and her two children.

Cheryl Zimmerman
House Keeper
Cheryl joined the CRC staff in September of 2016. Cheryl and her daughter clean and maintain the White Oak Lodge. It is their goal to provide clean spaces where guests can come relax, enjoy the fellowship with their church, family, or group and be connected with Jesus. Cheryl is full of joy and always has an adventurous story to tell! When she's not at camp, Cheryl oversees a chicken farm with her family and is participating in family and church activities. She resides in East Waterford with her seven children.

Amberly Horst
House Keeper
Amberly joined the CRC staff in September of 2016. Amberly cleans with her mother. She is the driving force behind the White Oak Lodge being cleaned! Amberly takes pride in paying attention to the details and finds folding laundry to be a relaxing pastime. She enjoys her work, though at times she is pulled into the crazy antics that go on with her mother, Cheryl, and Mindy! She helps keep a fun atmosphere as cleaning takes place. Amberly is gracious as she helps provide a clean atmosphere for guest groups to enjoy and have peace in. She resides in East Waterford with her family.

The Board continually wants to look to the future, while being mindful of the current needs of the camp. The Board will often discuss, debate, and deliberate, but will ultimately lead with one unified voice.
